Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required


  1. How To Start A Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer support first.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will provide you with the correct return address located in Europe and detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


  1. Return Address

To ensure fast processing and avoid international delays, all approved returns are sent to our European fulfillment partner warehouse.

Do NOT send returns to the shipping origin address shown on your package.

The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.


  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

In these cases:

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if a return is required


  1. Customer Responsibility Returns

For returns due to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Changed mind

  • Style preference

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards


  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your payment processor
